First of all even if you took out this so called pay day LOAN, it is a CIVIL MATTER - NOT a CRIMINAL MATTER. Second the District Attorney's in each State would not put a WARRANT OUT ON " anybody" on a LOAN. Third, you have rights, you can DEMAND to see their claim. Fourth, any pay day loan company can not prosecute you for not paying any loan - they run the risk of the Court Throwing it out because they should have done their due diligence in getting a background check done prior to giving you the LOAN with the CREDIT BUREAUS.
