I sent by mail an order to the above address approximately two months ago which has never been acknowledged. Since they said phone for fastest service, I called 1-855-599-4796 explaining never receiving lst order and asked for quick delivery and they took my order and supposedly I paid for quick delivery; I got my Visa bill today and it was charged on October 13 and posted on October 16, but I have not yet received the order. I am giving them until this next week to receive the "quick order" before I file a grievance with Visa for $239.70. The tel # on the Visa bill is 888-810-1615 NJ.
