I had a problem with my e-mail. I went to Mazilla's web sight and clicked on support and called the phone number recorded there. I was never informed that this was not Mazilla. I was told that I would have to turn over control of my PC in order to resolve the problem (a no no to an unknown) and that there would be a charge of $99.99 to update a clean my system and ensure no further problems. The next day I found out that this was not Mazilla and the charge was for only for that one call. This was total misrepresentation. They had complete access to my PC. How do I protect myself and get my money back?
