Looking to download some Veterans Administration files when this "upclick" appeared on the screen. What I needed Was a segment of PDF that cost $9.00 -. Didn't agree to license, but was charged $73.63 Tried to e-mail them twice but don't know if it went thru. I saw other unhappy campers with the same problem on the internet.
