This is a scam. These people submitted a fake check for $369.00 to my (92-yr-old) mother's checking account, and the bank paid it. This fake check looked almost like one of her real checks - except her name and address were misspelled - an obvious clue. As soon as I saw a photocopy of the check, I knew it was fake and called the bank. Now we know that a similar (fraudulent) check was presented to her account in June payable to something called "YR Benefits", in the amount of $447.34. Again, it looked to be close enough to a real check and the bank paid it. These scumbags are obviously preying on seniors. Quite a lesson.
