LVNV Funding LLC is a junk debt dealer that has been trying to collect a Capital One debt that was written off by Capital One in 2008. Since then they have passed this account to several other collection agencies and attorneys and each time they do this its a hit on my credit record.
I've requested validation information from each of these companies, non of which can prove that I owe them. All they ever send me is a letter saying who the original lender is. I went through a divorce in Oct. 2006 and was left with more debt than i could manage. I'm trying to recover from this, but it's a never ending battle.
