Upon examining it i found a letter stating, DISBURSEMRNT ADVISORY, telling me that i had been confirmed as a winner of a cash reward of $2,997, 500.00. I thank GOD, I am against sending them the $25.00 registrant fee. I immediately knew that it was a SCAM. And i should check them out on the internet which led me to this site. You should never have to pay for something that you have won. Cash u cant trace money order any can cash. Check has your account info. On it
