I received this letter from this company - Morgan, Phelps & Stern stating that a Mr. Grant Ashbury is the payment agent and that I was confirmed as the winner of a cash award by M.P. S, but I had to send a $20 processing fee?!?! Wow! They have all this $ to give away and I have to send a processing fee? Don't think so. The way this world is going with finances being so tight. This $ could really be used in a lot of these households. They could take the $20 out of my winnings for that matter. Someone really need to take this company down for doing this scam.
