Key failed to do what they claimed they could do for me. Their phones don't work. People don't call back. I discussed the issue with Amy Vanderhoeff back in July. I was told that i would receive a credit / refund but it would take 60 days. Here it is now October, Nearer November and i haven't received a refund. I talked with Gina twice the most recent being 10/15. I was told that she was waiting for an answer from billing department. Now your phones don't work again. I can't call and no one calls me. If I don't receive an immediate refund of $750 i will be contacting the Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau
