Well, I heard about Tradeline Solutions in Nov also. And i talked numerous times on the phone with my rep. Over there. I spent $1,999.00 on my tradelines. And I was promised 30- 45 days. Every 30-45 days it would be an excuse about waiting. They also said I can get a refund if it doesnt report in 90 days. At the 90 days, I asked for my refund. They then changed it on me saying the refund will be issued after 120 days! So after the 120 days I asked for a refund, and they said they will process it and that they process all of their refunds at the end of the month. Which I knew it was kinda B.S., so I waited till the end of the month to make sure they are processing my check. They said yes, and that I will receive a call, and they will confirm the amount and I should receive my check in two days. Still no call, and its the end of the next month. I talked to a tramp named Sharon! Everytime I wanted to speak to someone else they would always transfer me to her stupid a*! She kept telling me how there is no way to contact the refund department because they outsourced them! And she said the only person they deal with is her! B.S. Anyway, there is no way in hell that it takes more than a month to issue a refund check! No way in hell!!! I have lost alot of money and time dealing with these people and I want my refund! I want a lawyer, but I cant really afford one right now, especially seeing how the economy is going! But im glad someone put his address and work address on their complaint! I may need to take a little road trip!!
