This company, in cahoots with Superior Travel Solutions, high-pressured us into purchasing a membership in the amount of $2000. We tried to contact the company on numerous occasions and rarely got a call back. When they finally contacted us, the price of the place we wanted to stay at was way too high. ITS said they could only accommodate us at the "rack rate" that was stated in our contract. There is no term for rack rate in our contract. We feel we have been scammed and want a full refund. We are retired, disabled military. The only thing they have done since we keep sending emails is to deactivate our account. Help!!
