I responded to an email from the Financial Intelligence Report that indicated I had a paid subscription and if I wanted to cancel I had to call 800-485-4350. The first hold message said to wait 21 minutes the second message was to wait 27 minutes it stayed at the 27 for some time then started counting down minuit by minuit until one minuit that lasted another ten. I canceled and was informed that I had paid 99.00 on May sixteenth. I had no recollection of the automatic billing and I can not dispute the charge as it is over 60 days. This complaint is aimed at awareness for others to not be as dumb as myself
