I ordered a sample of face cream and paid postage and packing.
The company has sent me another identical order which i did not under any circumstances ask for.
They have now taken out of my account, without permission - a total of 130 usd.
Please help with this complaint.
The money has been taken from my account without my permission whatsoever.
