I ordered two Taylor Made R9 drivers at $150.00 each. When they arrived there was blemishes on the shafts, the labels were not straight and the club heads looked liked they had been overheated leaving a bluish tinge on the sole. After three drives with one club the head came loose. When tightened the threads stripped and the shaft could not be tightened to the clubhead. The other driver I gave to a friend and he had the same problem.
I asked fior a refund after I sent them pictures of the damages. Here is their reply: Dear Sir,
I am really sorry for all the troubles. We were not intended to do that. Frankly speaking, we can't accept the returning, because we have no idea how to deal with such clubs. Many such custom feedbacks made us realize that we had been cheated by our supplier.
Now we are trying our best to solve all the after-sale custom service then the website will be closed. Sir, we are sincere to solve your matter as soon as possible. We'd like to refund you half of the payment to end it. Please take into our advice again. Thank you very much!
