I, too, ordered a North Face Denali polartec fleece jacket from Gababella.com and received the wrong color. When inspecting it closer, I noticed that the inside was made out of a really cheap fleece -not like the previous high quality polartec Denali's I have owned previously. I couldn't believe that North Face had changed their materials that much, and began wondering if perhaps I had received a cheap knock-off. After hours and hours and weeks and weeks of emails, as well as trying to reach someone by phone (to no avail) and now, after reading all these similar complaints, I see that I have also been taken by a fraudulent company! And here I thought I was being a safe shopper by reading all the fine print of safety and guarantees of authenticity on their website! Argghhh! I guess I have to eat this one. But... Isn't there any legal action that can be taken against them?
