Allianz called me stating that they had a position for me to filled, they called me in for an interview no March the 24th of 2012. I was told that I had to leave a 100.00 deposit to hold my seat, and there was a balance of 537.00 to upgrade my certificate before I could start working. I went back on the 25th of March, and the person that they had teaching the class had no idea what he was suppose to do. I immediately went back upstairs to the 7th floorand spoke to Mr. Cook and asked for my money back. Mr. Cook told me to call the Representive that told care of me and I did and after many attempts received no answer. I called MR. Cook the following Monday and told him I wanted my money back. He had me to come into his office on Saturday March the 31th and fill out a refund form, he stated that he couldn't do aznything that day because the head office was closed, but he would submit the paperwork on Monday and he told me I would hear something by midweek. I gave them until April 7th to contact and I heard nothing from them, so I filed a civil suit against them and I have a judgement in the amount of 587.00.
