On March 9 I had a appointment to prepare my income tax. I went down for my appoitment and the secetary inform me that I can leave my taxes because Mr. Mefferd would not be able to do them. So I went ahead and left them there so he could work on them and she told me they would be ready on Monday March 11. I went on Monday they where not done, then he told me they would be ready by March 26. I went on March 26 still not done. He told me for sure on March 27 they would be done. So I went ahead and payed him cash on March 26 got a reciept $400.00. He said come bye tomarrow They would be done. Went back March 27 - April 13 still nothing was done. He said if I want pick your tax papers go some where else. So I did and ask him for my $400.00 dollars back so I can pay someone else to work on my taxes. He did not do any service for me. He gave me a envelope with a letter saying gave $400.00 for consultation. I never had a consultation with him or sat down in his office. I always spoke to his workers that help him, and he would tell them not to open the doors or answer phone calls. He worte this letter on March 13. When I ask for my tax forms and money back for no service.
