I made a sandwich with bread made by loblaws, their in house bread. While eating it at 3:30pm on monday, I felt something hard, imagine my surprise when I pulled out the tip of a serrated knife from my mouth! The piece is about 2 centimeters long, and it must have lodge in the bread flat, which is why I did not feel it when I was making the sandwich. Just thinking about the fact that if I had swallowed that it could have cause all kinds of catastrophes on my body, and I would not have even know what it was, since I am feeling sick because I swallowed a tip of a knife is in probably last on the list of possible causes. Even worse, I made my kids sandwiches with that same bread! I tried contacting loblaws and so far I am having a really hard time getting in touch with them. Suggestions on what I should do next? Can I sue them?
