Universal Property and Casulty Insurance declined my $40,000.00plus water damage to white oak hardwood floor of two millions dollar home in Tampa.in fact they cancelled my policy all the way to October. They calimed that I had lien recoreded at the same time i took the policy. I never had bad insurance company. This company should be suite with class action lawsuite.
