Citizens Property Insurance Corporation discriminate against class of policy holders & wrongful deduction of "depreciation"

Hurricanes frances & jeanne occuring in september caused extensive damage to property of insured however, company denied liability for loss of fencing & pool enclosure.

Policyholders who acquired or renewed policies sfter july & before september were covered for such loss.

Barrier island property insurance could only be acquired from citizens & was renewed automatically.

The company doubled the deductible provisions of the policy by reducing loss for "depreciation" in violation of state policy.
