Insurance policy: 150310065642 on our condo in Boca Raton Florida. Our permanent residence is in Ottawa, Canada and we go to the condo in winter from dec to mid april.in last dec, before leaving Canada, we contacted the Universal to renew our policy for 2012 (premium about $450). They said we had a credit of $600 in our account and so did not want more money.in Dec we left for florida.in april, when we came back to ottawa there was a letter of cancellation of our policy for non payment. When we called back the company said that the $600 belonged to another account so they cancelled the policy. They would write a new policy for over $800. We did not know in florida about the situation. We want our old policy reinstated.
