We signed a contract with ITN, paying a one time non-recurring advertising fee of $936. This company supposedly provides timeshare info to large corporation, travel agents, and the vacationing public. ITN said they would forward inquiries to us to negotiate a price for rental. Although it says "one time", the contract reads "If I have not received an acceptable offer within (90) days, ITN will renew my advertising at the company[s] expense if notified every (90) days." We have never heard from them again, and the listing ID (same as the contract number) cannot be found on their website: www.intltimesharenetwork.com. Our listing ID is 11238. If we cannot even see the listing, we have then been taken for $936, with no offers, and no property to be viewed to rent.
