Calls were not answered after a few months. Now the phone is not receiving messages., Florida

IBD-Marketing/surviser/longThey promised to sell my property displaying adds that I never saw except that I saw my property on their site. They charged me $150.00 to sell my property, phone calls were not answered after a few months. Now the phone is not receiving messages and I just discovered that there area other people that were ripoff just like me. Pompamo beach Florida

IBD Marketing is a For-Sale-By-Owner advertising company, and is NOT a real estate broker. The advertising program involves pooling advertising resources with those of other sellers, renters and buyers to maximize exposure for potential buyers, sellers and renters.

IBD Marketing forwards all inquiries about my Timeshare or Campground directly to me, and allows me to negotiate the sale or rental of my Timeshare or Campground without the involvement of any broker and without charging any commission.

IBD Marketing assumes that my Timeshare or Campground sells or rents within three months, unless I advise IBD Marketing to the contrary prior to the expiration date of three months. Unless otherwise notified, IBD Marketing will automatically renew my advertisement at IBD Marketing's expense, until my Timeshare or Campground sells or rents.

IBD Marketing will not refund my advertising fee unless my Timeshare or Campground is sold by another company and proof of such purchase is provided to IBD Marketing.
There is a 7 day review period after which all sales are final and non-refundable pursuant to state statutes.

After signing and returning this contract, you are not obligated to pay any additional monies unless you upgrade or other wise change the terms of this agreement.
