I purchased a boat cover from the above company. When it finally arrived four weeks later I attempted to install it and found that it did not fit and did not adhere to the frame of the boat. I called in an individual, who owned the same model boat and offered to install it for a fee of two hundred dollars. The installer was not able to complete the job because of faulty design and very poor workmanship. The failure was due to improper placement of metal snaps, incorrect placement of zippers, windshield did not have access cutout, mounting frame was not high enough, top canvas did not have a center sleeve for support and finally a rear curtain that was cut several inches short. I notified the company and asked that they issue a complete refund. They informed me that I would need to meet certain protocols. I complied with their wishes and while my boat continues to deteriorate from a lack of protection from the weather, I am inclined to seek further options.in an effort to remedy this situation, I contacted a local canvas mnfr who informed me that the cover was poorly made and did not fit properly on this model boat, he also stated that they would provide the correct curtain with additional options costing $2,100.including tax and installation.in their written policy they make claim that "You will not find comparable products for less anywhere " That is a total mischaracterization of their policy.in my final comments I would urge all boat owners to seek out your local craftsman and marine supplier before you resort to expensive internet boat canvas mnfr. This company needs to be reprimanded for the overcharge and poor quality workmanship.
