On Aug 17th I ordered a boat top for my bayliner craft. When the shipment arrived it was defective and did not fit my craft, there were numerous problems with the canvas. I telephoned them and asked them to issue a full refund to my credit card. They never sent me the pickup order so I sent it back at my expense to their shipping address on the ctn. This was done on Nov12th, I have yet to receive any credit. Can you please take action against this company?
