Purchased a bottle of all purpose cleaner with bleach for mildew, and a birthday card. Got a short distance away and the bottle turned over, spilled its contents onto my Taho carpeting and bleached a long streak in the carpet, all the way back to the back seat. Took the bottle back to the store along with the birthday card and all I goy was a bunch of lip from the mgr. On duty and an employee who said that it "had" to be my fault since when they scanned it, it didn't show signs of leaking. They both basically called me a liar in front of several customers and then with a scowl the mgr. On duty said she would give me another bottle, even tho it wasn't thier responsibility. No offer to refund my money, no offer for another birthday card and could give a crap less about any damage to my vehicle. I then refused the replacement bottle with an attitude like she had, but did wait outside in my vehicle where she could see me cleaning the mess in my Taho. She made no effort to redeem anything, refund my money, simply said that once it left the store, it was my fault!!! I contactel the Legal Depy. (Nina Wilcox) and all I got from her was an echo of the arrogance that I'd got from the store employees, and denied my claim. Yes, I will likely take them to court dur to the extensive bleaching out of the carpet in my vehicle, and I'm told that with an attitude like was displayed by the store employees, then Nina Wilcox in Legal, that I have a for sure case. I'd tried to avoid this but this Nina Wilcox really gives me no choice since she simply denied my claim and also refused to provide me with a name and address of where and who to have the court papers provided to. An excellent example of a company that provides zero Customer Service and is out to screw you if you have a problrm.
