In May I went on line to sign up for a phone, by September 13, I had not recieved the phone so I called and spoke with a person at this number and changed my address, after several phone calls I was given a tracking # but was unable to find the phone. On 10/12 I made another phone call was told my phone had been sent out but I still did not have the phone. Since the phone had been sent out with me not having it I ask if the phone could be deactivated I was told the phone was deactivated, but to date the system still shows the phone is on. I was ask to pay $25.00 to get another phone from Yourtell I'm a senior living on SSI disability I DO NOT have $25.00 to pay for a phone I do not have. I'm being heald responsible for something I feel I feel is Yourtell fault have they changed my address I may have the phone by now not the phone out in the streets of Chicago some place. I give up no more fight in me. Thank you
