On Sunday November 18 I tried to change a password on my phone. After the third try, the SIMS was deactivated. I called tech support and was told that: the SIMS card was defective;a new one will be ordered; I will have the same number; and I will have all my minutes. Before the phone deactivated, I had 92 minutes. When I got the new SIMS, I called tech support to have it activated. When I checked the phone, I had a new phone number and 46 minutes.
I called tech support again and was told that the minutes and the number would be changed to what I had before the SIMS deactivated. When it wasn't changed withing 24 hours, I called tech support again and talked to a supervisor. She [the supervisor] had the nerve to say that someone else must have used my phone. How stupid!!! I couldn't use the deactivated phone, how does that supervisor think someone else used the deactivated phone to decrease my minutes?
I would like to have a phone number that is activated all the time and not have to change it. TracFone said the number that I had used for three yrs. With Cricket could not be ported.
