I sent my iphone to Hello Totem in October and was sent an email on Octoberthat sent my check. I still have not received it and have sent a lot of emails requesting a reply and a reissuee of the check. I still haven't heard from them. I would like to sue also but don't know where to start or how to go about it. You can email me at (Personal Information Removed) if you have any answers. We should be able to get companies like this off the internet. Susi
