I ordered a free bottle of anti-aging cream from this company in a special promotion in which I paid only the postage. I later recieved another bottle for which I was charged $89.95. I had read the promotion very and there was no mention of their sending a second bottle nor the cost of the product. When I called them today, they said they would give me half price refund. This was not acceptable with me as I cannot afford a $90 bottle of cream and would never have accepted the "free" bottle if the information had been stated. Finally after much discussion, they agreed to refund the product if I sent it back at my own expence. I feel this whole deal is illgal, for it it my understnading that if you do not order something you are not obligated to return it. I will return it, as getting the full refund is more that the half price offered. I will report to you the outcome of this situation. However, I see many other complaints so this seems to be an ongoing practice.
