I bought this unit in 2011 and 6 months later, the suction stopped. I contacted them and they sent me a new unit. Again, the units suction stopped working after 6 months and when you call they say we can't help you. I asked to speak to a manager and they said no; we much persistance, they told me one would be getting back with me... It has been a month and I still haven't heard from anyone. I can't seem to find another number I can call and bypass the number given with the unit.
