I ordered this initially as a trial pack at £19.99on my credit card. Tried it, didnt work. I didnt pursue until i noticed a charge of |£79.99 on my statement. Made a phone call to the nmbr on box and was told i signed an agreement and couldnt get my money back. Then i was also told the next shipment had been sent and i should return it. I never collected it from post office and still no refund. I was charged |£19.99, |£79.99 and then £79.99.in july. I was told i signed an agreement which i dont recall doing. However i did say the product didnt work and under the sale of goods act i was asking for a refund. I notified my cc company, they did their checks, credited my acct but in sept noticed on my statement it had been put back onto my card. When i quieried the cc co. All they would say was "we are out of our time slot to deal with this"!! Help
