Dyann Callahan - geocities.com/barenakedpuppy / paid for a chinese crested in full didnt receive dog or refund for $745.00 have all doc to prove

On may 18 I purchased a chinese crested puppy from dyann callahan off of puppyfinders for $745.00 (doc to prove) The puppy was to be shipped 5 times and never got on the plane due to Mrs. Callahans fault. I called Paypal for a refund and was granted one. Mrs. Callahans account did not have enough money in it to refund. Mrs Callahan has been unreasonable and refuses to ship the puppy or to grant me the refund. She has sent me pictures of the puppy like a ransom note. She now wants to charge me $600 more dollars in made up expenses before she ships puppy. Mrs Callahan has been totally untruthful and unreasonable on settleing this matter. On Sept 7 i will be taking her to court. I would of like to settle this matter but she refused! I have documents to prove everything i have said and am willing to produce
them.
