I have applied to this company 6 times just to be turned down. I have 12 years of customer service experience and 5 years of call center experience. I type 50 wpm and meet all requirements. Me not be hired is not really the issue though. Its who they hire instead. They seem to only hire people they know so if you are friends with aomeone there you have a job despite lack of experience. So many of fhe people working there have no call center experience and type at 20 wpm or less. I applied again when I got a referral from a friend that works there but didnt get the job because I was pregnant. I think this is unfair and outright discrimination.
