Placed order through mail on sept 1st incl check #2040 for 17.99 which they cashed sept 12th, never got dvd, finally got email 3 weeks ago from doug gordon he said he was mailing out, never got. They don't answer emails, phone messages, or 2 letters I have sent for my dvd or my refund.
