I filed online for their card back at the first of Sep. Card was sent, but I wasn't able to validate it in time and they cancelled the card. I tried reapplying and then was told to send a copy of SS# and Drivers License, which I did, weeks went by and I called them asking where my new card was. They never bothered to email me and tell me that the SS# came through OK, but the drivers license was too dark. Resent the drivers license enlarged 200% and lightened so it would be readable to their Validation Dept. I was told they had received it and still no new card came. Called customer service many times (which is located in El Salvador) and they now say they can't find any of the faxes I sent. I have fax confirmations saying the faxes went through. They now won't send a new card and they have all my information. The Customer Service doesn't seem to understand English very well and cannot give any reason as why I can't get my new card. The old card was destroyed because Univision said it was cancelled and no longer valid, and to reapply, and they keep asking for the old card number. This has to be absolute worse company to do business with and I told them to just forget the damn card, as I can get one from a legitimate company that has a decent customer service and not have it's departments spread all over different countries.
