On 10/17 I logged into my account online. I saw a debit of $30.00 that came out of my account. The company Palm Loan Advances number was on the check since yesterday I have called five times and keep getting told that they can't refund the money that I have to complete the entire process first. Then one girl started saying we will send you a $100 gas voucher for cancelling your account. How does that make sense you took $30.00 without my permission and now your going to give me back $100 it makes no sense. I am going to have to get me a lawyer. They can't do this to people and get away with it. They told me there are things they have to follow. Oh and let me not forget I still have not recieved a bogus gas voucher.
