I ordered a free trial. Tried to cancel before the goods even arrived but was told I couldnt. When it arrived I didn't even open it and sent everything back, but was charged £37.50 for the FREE Samples. Then 10th October they have taken another £75.00 out of my account!!! And are refusing to refund!!!
