I signed up for what was reported as a free trial only to find this is not the case. I only took it up because it was endorsed by a C4 reporter who recomended it. The company has taken another £20 from my bank account even though I cancelled the subscription immediately on the advice of a colleague. I have returned the products unopened and to date it has cost me £28.14 which is money that I cant afford to lose being a pensioner. Looking at previous complaints, this company has been doing this for quite a few months. Large companies who deal with them on distribution ie. Amazon need to take a close look at their business practices and maybe distance themselves from such a company. Also Google adds might want to reconsider letting this company use their search engine. They are a totally fraudulent company and they must be stopped.
