I just received a membership renewal - invoice stating that they (valu-pass renewal) will be charging my credit card on 11/30 - a charge of 99.00 will be charged to my credit card they have on file. I don't know how this happened and never received any information about this product. I have been trying to reach someone by phone and e-mail but it states "could not perform this operation because the default mail clients are not properly installed'. The main company on the invoice is global travel international, inc. Maitland, fl32751
