Although I don't have the exact date, this occurred in Feb.. I was searching for coupons and some how was tricked into committ ing to a one year agreement with valu-pass. When I tried to cancel their response was that I had waited too long and missed my cancellation opportunity. This occurred because the charge did not show on my statement until after said cancellation period had expired. Today, I received a letter saying my account with them is on auto-renewal and my card will be charged $99.00. The letter also states that failure to pay will not result in cancellation of this account nor will it release me from my obligation.
