Our office received a fax, Vacation Savings Certificate. Of course, there are amazing vacations listed, and of course, we fell for it. We each did a deposit of $400.00 with a check over the telephone. We received the certificates and sent a money order for $334.00. Received a confirmation e-mail asking for travel dates. The information was e-mailed back and that was that. We attempted to call no one answers, and goes to voice mail that is either full, or leave a message with never a return call. The last e-mail that was sent was returned with a "Failure to Deliver", and the telephone number rings and finally hangs up, and that was September 24. We began this process in May with hopes of traveling next week, Oct. 28. We received a telephone call requesting additional booking fees. At that point, I felt that it was a scam. Also, we did things backwards... Researching after instead of before. I am going to try to get a refund, wish me luck...
