I purchased a bracelet and charm for 21st birthday present, Paid £8.00 for Express postage only on non delivery i requested proof of postage, I was then told that these items were coming from Hong Kong, at this point i asked if they were genuine to which i was told that that they were High class Imitations! What a joke when they eventually arrived they were cheap look a likes the bracelet was not even the same colour, after several emails they agreed to take them back and refund, They have now been in receipt of these items for nearly a month and i am still waiting for a refund, I returned these items at my cost and do have a proof of delivery... Do not deal with these people!!!
