I ordered a free sample which was chagred £4.94, did not receive the sample instead £62.94 was taken from my accaount and was told when i contacted the company that I was given first month supply. I asked when did request for a supply when i have not seen the sample yet, the story changed and the rep said she will give me 25%, i said i do not want the product i want my money refunded and no more money taken from my account. Contacted my bank to resolve it which means obviously closing my account! You rippers stop ripping people who are trying to make ends meet. Refund my money as iwill send the product back. Alittle bottle of cream!
