Been to buy a Vacuum cleaner at London 125 Mile End Road, E1 4UJ, on 16th October at 15.03pm. The name of the customer adviser on checkout was Monica. I asked her to give me a bag to wrap the Small Vacuum Cleaner as it doesn't look nice that I am walking on street with a vacuum Cleaner Box on my hand. She showed me a little tiny bag and said that's the large size she have got. I asked her to call the duty manager and she called. Duty manager name was Narrinder and he responded the same and said Currys stop doing the big bag for more then a year which was simply bullshit.
I walkout from the store and saw some people coming out of the shop with large bags and I went back to different counter and there was a gentleman who used two large bags to wrap-up my Vacuum Cleaner box.
I went back to Monica and asked her how she feel about this and she was quite and I asked her to call the store manager.
The store manager name was Chan and he was abruptly horrendous attitude who was arguing in favour of his colleague with a customer when I was complaining about a bad customer service from his store. He doesn't think to full fill a legitimate customer request is part of customer service and even his other colleague from other counter help me to wrap the box in a nice a tidy way which could be done by his duty manager or the girl Monica!
It was absolutely shocking and I found them very rude, abrupt with their attitude and doesn't know the value of customer and the definition of customer service.
Very, Very sad!!!
