I purchased a vacuum cleaner the end of Dec. After a few vacuums it was very dusty inside. I took it back to the store and they felt it was a faulty bag. The bag was replaced only to happen again after. I went back again and the same service was provided. On third time back they sent it away to be serviced. The vacuum was cleaned and a new filter put in with a service and repair charge to me. I refused to pay and was informed I could not have my vacuum back. I spent the next two months with the call center. Hours on hold with a different person every time, having to repeat the same story to each one. I was offered a $20, later $50 and finally $75. The technician said there was nothing wrong with the vacuum. I finally paid the repair bill brought the vacuum home only to have the same thing happen again. The bag actuaaly had a hole in it like it had blown up. I phoned the store and the manager told me that I had to go through the call center again as he needed authorization from them to give me a refund or exchange. Back to the call center, on hold, being disconnected, dealing again with different people. Being told there would be no refunds or exchanges through them. Back I went to the store, the manager telling me he could not help me, but would talk to call center. He left me a message confirming there would be no refund or exchange. Now I'm left with a vacuum cleaner I can't use that I paid cash for and used less than a dozen times. Is this good customer service???
