This company a mort. Modification firm promised me a mort modification in 8 charged me $10,000 removing $750.00 per month until 5 when i stopped it and i got a modification but not what i was promised. I was promised, principal loan reduction, my past due areers to be forgiving and removed, and lastely for them or the bank of america to repair my damaged credit. This is what i recieved instead of owing 504,000 i now owe 680,000, there was no principal loan reduction, and my credit wasnt repaired. I told my attorney and freedom legal plans i am not satified and was told by litvin law firm take it or the bank will foreclose on the property.
