Too all consumers out there looking to do a mortgage mortification please stay away from these two companies freedom legal plans in florida and the litvin, litvin, &torrens in brooklyn they may look like they are far away from each other but they are one one sells you the fraudulent mortgage mortif. And the other one takes your money for doing nothing they promise you a reduction in principal, and a low interest rate of 2-3% on your mortgage, and then a forgivness of your areers, all while charging you $750-850 per month and they do nothing and then when you confront them on the phone that you are going to file complaints about them or you want a refund, they threaten you like i was threatened by and office manager at litvin lionel reyes, he said " if you make a complaint i'll notify the irs on you that you filed false tax returns" which i didnt, but the threat was there that and investigation would start, or this one that " he would call up the building dept on me and make complaints on my home" or how about this one he said "he would call up my mortgage company and tell them personnally not to give me a mortification or delay it so my areers would go so high that i wouldnt qualify for a mortgage mortification and they would just foreclose on me" this is a company that i requested as a client at the time as nothing they said they were gonna do they did, so i requested it to stop and for them to give me a refund, is all so please do not use freedom legal plans or litvin, litvin, & torrens as they have committed mortgage fraud to me...
