I ordered 300 rally towels for my mothers funeral through Towel Trading Group, and I was promised that they will arrive by 10/01. When I failed to get them on 10/3 I called and I was told that they delivered it through FEDEX on 9/28. I was told that the FEDEX guy left the package in front of my house door, but I did not get notification whatsoever that something was delivered. The method of shipping was not discussed when I ordered b/c my order came with free shipping. I tried to explain to Towel Trading Group that FEDEX did not deliver the order to my house. I received other deliveries through FEDEX from other companies the same week they claimed that they delivered my package, but not the order from Towel Trading. Towel Trading Group refused to reorder my item or even take my phone calls. I offered paying for a new order while they investigate FEDEX, but they refused. One of their staff named Alicia cursed me out and told me to stop calling their office and get a life. I sent email to their Mgr Jonas, but he never responded. I had to pay another company to reorder my towels for the funeral. The people working for this company are so rude. The only polite worker there is a guy named Allan.
