We ordered shoes from what we thought was US Company doing business in the US. This was not the case as we found out later. The PayPal payment was immediately deducted from our account. The website said that we would receive the shoes in three weeks — it has now been SEVEN weeks and we have no shoes. We cannot get our money back and we are very angry. To: [email protected] — "We have paid for shoes and are expecting an order. We have sent you a memo by email and you have not responded. Am I to assume that this is a bogus company? That we have lost our money?
